The Alliance for Business and Training (AB&T)
is the administrative entity for the
Northeast Tennessee Career Center (NETCC)
system.
The Northeast Tennessee Career Centers are
"one-stop" facilities that provide
local workforce services for employers and job
seekers. The Career Center system is
comprised of a regional Comprehensive Career Center
and several Affiliate Centers. Each Career Center
addresses the specific community employment needs of
businesses and residents.
The Career
Center's Job Seeker Programs and Services were
designed to supply information to people in
different stages of their career search. These
facilities provide a variety of free basic
employment and training services and/or referral
information to those looking for work. The
Center's are based upon centralized access to a
Resource Room, which allows both print and
electronic access to a variety of relevant job
search information. Computers, telephones, FAX
machines are also provided for customer use. In
addition, free workshops are available on a
multitude of topics to help you secure the job you
ant at the wage you and your family need.

has been designated as the Comprehensive Center
for Local Workforce Investment Area One.
