AB&T, Alliance for Business and Training, (AB&T) is a community based organization that was established in 1984 to provide innovative and responsive approaches to workforce development issues in Northeast Tennessee. Since it's beginnings, AB&T has become an influential  employment and training service provider in Tennessee that provides services that  build a competitive workforce.
