Call for Bidders
The Northeast Tennessee Local Workforce Development Board, in coordination with it's Administrative entity, the Alliance for Business and Training, Inc. (AB&T), provides opportunities, for those eligible, to submit proposals.
Eligible Respondent requirements are outlined in each RFP announcement.
When available, RFP's are posted to this website. Paper copies can be picked up at the AB&T office, located at 386 Hwy 91, Elizabethton, TN 37643.
