How are engagements structured?

Most engagements begin with a short diagnostic sprint - typically one to four weeks - to scope the actual problem before any longer-term work is committed. From there we offer project engagements, retained advisory, and interim leadership cover depending on what the situation calls for.

Do you work retained or project-based?

Both. Most clients start project-based and convert to a retained relationship when the trust is built. Retained advisory is monthly, with defined scope and a senior partner accessible throughout. Project engagements are scoped to a specific outcome with milestones and a fixed end date.

Why does AB&T offer consulting, training and executive search under one roof?

Deliberately, because the three disciplines feed each other. A strategy engagement often surfaces a capability gap that training closes, or a leadership gap that executive search fills. Keeping the three together means we can recommend the right intervention rather than the one our practice happens to sell. Clients can engage any pillar independently or in combination.
